As part of our mission to serve and strengthen families, Grand Oaks makes space available for a variety of private family events.  Events that have been held here include, but are not limited to, the following:
REUNIONS:  Whether a multi-day gathering or a shared meal, Grand Oaks has a space for you.  With our multiple lodging and meeting options, you will find Grand Oaks an enjoyable and affordable setting for your family to connect.
Whether your group is 10 or 200 guests, we have the perfect setting.  Groups have used our Retreat Center multi-purpose room, the Old Lodge, the Dining Hall and the Swimming Pool for a wide range of parties.
SWIM PARTIES:  When available, the swimming pool may be rented for a 2 hour session during another gathering or by itself.  Details of swim parties at Grand Oaks can be seen HERE.  
WEDDINGS:  Grand Oaks is NOT a wedding venue.  However, we have been and can be the site for weddings of couples that have a strong history with or connection to our camp, or who actually met here while attending camp.  Weddings are only allowed for couples who meet the definition of marriage as defined in the Baptist Faith & Message.  The absolute maximum number of guests for a wedding on our campus is 225.  Our other camp policies, concerning decorations, use of alcohol and etc. are strictly enforced.
